Hunting & Fishing
Our Minnesota Governors fishing opener has been in the Crane Lake area many times, our lakes are filled with walleye, northern, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, black crappie, lake trout, lake sturgeon and pan fish. Minnesota and Canadian fishing license and regulations can found at a variety of helpful outfitters. Ice fishing is a great winter past time in Crane Lake, but you must bring your own fish house as there are no rentals available. Fish houses are not allowed to remain on the lakes in Voyageur's National Park overnight. Rugged shorelines, beautiful vistas and outstanding angling make Voyageurs National Park a a natural paradise. With Whitetail Deer, Black Bear, and Moose through out our area, you won't find a better big game area in Minnesota and don't forget about our upland birds, and duck and goose seasons. Why haul the camper around when we have all of the comforts of home right at your finger tips for a lot less than you would expect
